Welding Processes

Durable, strong joints are essential to the quality of metal structures and assemblies. Using our welding processes, we manufacture robust metal components from steel, stainless steel and aluminium for a wide range of applications in the metalworking industry. As part of our industrial contract manufacturing, we expertly join individual components to suit the design, material and intended service conditions.

Handheld laser welding

In 2024, we were one of the first companies in Austria to introduce handheld laser welding. Here’s why we decided to adopt this process:

For sheet thicknesses up to 4mm, welding speeds are significantly higher than with MIG/TIG or MAG

The lower heat input into the material compared with other welding processes reduces component distortion.

Eliminates rework such as straightening or removing weld spatter

The weld seams have an attractive appearance even without post-processing

MAG/MIG welding

Ideal for heavy structural steelwork using thicker materials

Deep penetration for high strength

TIG welding

Superior weld quality: Produces first-class, leak-tight and visually appealing welds

No spatter: When performed correctly, welding produces no spatter, minimising rework

Precision: Highly precise control of heat input, ideal for thin sheet metal and precision work

Versatile materials: An excellent choice for stainless steel, aluminium, copper and special alloys.
